Home Care Packages

We provide occupational therapy intervention to individuals with government funded home care packages.

Private

Individuals can complete a referral form which can be sent upon request. This allows us to review your needs and provide an accurate quote for our services.

Private Health Insurance

Individuals may be able to claim occupational therapy services through their private health insurance provider. Please check with your provider for further details.

Serving the Mornington Peninsula, Bayside and Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs.

We also offer limited services across Gippsland and Bass Coast.

We do not provide NDIS, DVA, WorkCover or TAC services.
